The show is very entertaining with really talented and amazing chefs, each bringing their own unique style and flavour to each country challenge. However the way the show is structured doesn’t showcase the chefs talents and skills, considering they are all at the top of their game. I’d rather see a point style show where all contents vie for points leading up to a quarter, semi and then finale style element. This would allow a 12 stage country cuisine challenge for all chefs to vie for points. The quarter, semi and final round should look at cultures not repressed by those contestants within those challeges, resulting in an even playing field.
