How can someone who constantly votes/supports in favor of transphobic policies get a show talking about their struggles as a trans woman when they actively oppose other trans individuals???

I loved the film but I feel like it was out of touch with the real tragedy. They changed Lisa's name to Candance for no apparent reason, they also failed to include Philip DeVine at all. They didn't interview any of his friends or family. While I am glad they told his story I feel like they did a poor job at doing so.
