I found this movie extremely boring and not at all scary. The 1990’s ABC miniseries with Harry Anderson, John Ritter, Richard Thomas, Seth Green, Annette O’Toole, and Tim Curry as Pennywise was way better & scarier. In addition, I was surprised that the 2017 special effects did not measure up to the not so sophisticated special effects from 1990. Ritchie Tosier’s character in the 2017 version is a far cry from Harry Anderson’s in 1990. This classic did not warrant a remake.
