I loved the sheer beauty of Rudolf Nureyev, his leaps, passionate acting, and bravura swagger. I think the movie 'White Crow' is an excellent iteration of his talent and courage at a very early age! Oleg Ivenko does a wonderful job of bringing him to life. We get to see the furious work he put into training (Sweating to hone his skills after a late start and against much opposition. )as well as his bravery in taking those critical six steps away from his captors and into the arms of the French police. A hero! Movie does him credit.
