I've seen it 3 times now in 3 different formats. 2d. 4x and imax. Very impressed with all and the sound is so well produced that it's better than being at a live gig. The movie has pathos, humour, surprises and first class performances from all the actors to the cockerel! Remember that members of Queen assisted and directed so it has to be as good as if Spielberg directed! (He didn't!). It's a long film at 2.15 but it could have been twice the length as there is still so much to tell. The extended version for blu-ray is already in production. I loved the clever tie up with Mike Myers who insisted that Bohemian Rhapsody was used in his Wayne's World. He plays the EMI producer who will always be known as the man who turned down Queen. I shall see it again and expect that it will win several Oscars next year. I am biased in my review as I was in the audience at Wembley for Live Aid. I've looked carefully but still cannot see myself! Audiences stayed until the final credit had rolled...not because there was more to see but simply because they wanted to hear the final relevant song...The Show Must Go On. And I think it will for a few weeks more.
