I’ve often heard people compare One spring night to Something in the rain and honestly I disagree 100%. With something in the rain I didn’t feel as involved and triggered as I am in OSN. With SITR I loved the cute and one on one moments between the lead characters but with this one I feel so much more. I get angry,sad,happy and butterflies in my stomach all in the span of 1hour. I get so worked up by Jeongin’s dad. I can’t stand the way he sees his children as a way to get further in life even after practically selling his older daughter to a loveless/ abusive marriage. How he knows what he did to Seoin but still doesn’t hesitate to do the same to Jeongin. I get furious just by the way the ex (Giseok)is clearly becoming obsessive after his bearkup with Jeongin. It’s not like he really does love her and wants to make things work but rather he can’t stand the fact that he lost her to the same guy he continuously looked down on. How he constantly tries to blackmail her into getting back with him. I sympathize with Jeongin for the unnecessary hardship she’s going through. It shouldn’t be that hard to be happy. It shouldn’t be that hard to just follow her heart and live her own life. It should be that hard to be in love and want to spend the rest of her life with Jiho. She shouldn’t have to be forced into a relationship that hasn’t gone anywhere for four years with a man that doesn’t listen to her. That doesn’t value her. I hate the fact that Jiho has to go through life with the idea that just because he is a single dad his life is over. That he doesn’t deserve happiness in his life. That he doesn’t deserve Jeongin. That he has to be looked down on by the likes of Giseok. I am livid with the fact that Seoin doesn’t have a choice to divorce that animal of her husband after all that he has put her through. That she had to give up her career just because she’s scared of the outcome. Those are all the feelings that this drama puts me through and we are just half way through with the season. I don’t think I’ve ever been this involved with a drama in my life,Ever! This Drama deserves a lot more credit that it’s getting. Fighting!!!!

Tbh,i was so excited when this Kdrama kept showing it trailers and then i got to ep 10 and i just couldn't help but be dissapointed.I mean the whole plot throws your emotions and rationality all over the place.It was cute and all when it was in its early stages but the story has no definite flow whatsoever and maybe the writer wanted to show the dynamic of a real life relationship but i don't think the director brought out the picture in the writer's mind.
