I liked the show when the people who were going to live in the Tiny house were doing the work themselves . It's not as personal now that you have hosts on the show doing not much but talking about the work others are performing . The show has been extended to 1hr but it feels like it's a manufacturers show & people purchase these just as they would a customized travel trailer . I liked it when the people had their own hands on building their own house . I like some of the ideas , but it's not as personable as when they build it with their own hands & ideas . The best episode was when a father helped his daughter that had the Guinea pig . With the motorized bed , couch , & a place where the Guinea pig could go out in a tube & not being trapped in a cage . Plus there's promotion products . Sure they get ideas for the clients , but that's what they are CLIENTS. No Tiny House builders like the TV show started out as . I guess it's easier for people to order their Tiny house & then put the TV show into production . Instead of having to go to people's sites were they are doing 80% - 100% of the work themselves & taking months to build it . It's a whole different type of TV reality show that isn't as watchable as it used to be in the past !! Plus I'm certain that the pricetag is quite a bit more than people that build it themselves & that takes away from the money saved to build it yourself . I know that everyone doesn't have the knowledge to do electrical , plumbing , or even the carpentry work . Or have access to all of the tools needed to build it yourself . But I have seen almost every episode before this season , where people had others with the knowledge & tools & willingness to help them out with their Tiny house . So know that you know where I stand on my opinion of the new style of TV show , & maybe you ought to ask your other viewers what they think of the new show . I don't normally write reviews about anything !!! But I liked the show better the way it started out in the past . I don't care for the whole manufacturerization version of the show . I know that they're the ones financing the show . But the making their Tiny house isn't their project . My OCD kicked into high gear & now I'm probably repeating myself to get the point across . Thanks for letting me vent my own opinion where the show has differed from !
