I love The Block but I am really disappointed with the treatment of some of the contestants. Mitch & Mark, whilst they are hard workers and organised have been allowed, even encouraged to completely undermine Tess & Luke and are now out to completely demoralise them - there should have been a Strata meeting to stop them from building a party house next door to a family home. I have lost all respect for the integrity of Mitch/Mark. The treatment by those that should know better ie Scotty, Keith and Dan of House 5's Jesse & Mel is appalling. Yes Jesse can be mouthy but he is passionate and 200% committed to this competition. He and Mel have worked like Trojans and it pays off but the vitriol coming from these 3 is unbelievable. They cannot take a trick, when they do all the work themselves and watch their budget - not good enough, when Mel is decisive on styling Scotty makes out like she is not doing the best where others who have picked nearly the same stuff are lauded with their styling effort. And as for Mitch and Mark tonight - they are just nasty and have the hide to point the finger at Jesse. A pair of drama queens with a very nasty streak trying to portray themselves as talented and "above" the rest. Hope they lose big time - just coming across as very ugly people.
