This has just been laughably bad. They need to choose who the audience is and also fix the immensely bad dialogue immediately. I can't tell who this show is for, it has adult themes and scenes like people are dying and things are dark but outside of that the entire rest of the show feels like it is for a pre teen and it makes it soooo hard to watch. Like pick a lane either your a children's show or you are for adults it cannot be both without just seeming so out of touch and brutal to watch. This is where Andor succeeded it knew it was tackling heavier topics and it stuck with it through and through. The Mandalorian leaned more towards young adult but stuck with it the whole way making it feel more reasonable. The entirety of episode 3 was brutal to watch and everything else just suffers a death by 1000 cuts. Also if you know that your target audience is for males by admittance of your own statistics and president then why the hell are you so shocked that your core audience isnt happy with you pushing an agenda? Sure we all want more diversity in anything but it demands respect rather than being forced into it especially when you know your own baseline fans are literally men.. what did you think the response was going to be? There are strong female characters in star wars no one ever questions you just need to do it right man... Bastilla and Kreia are top tier written female characters from the video games nobody dares talk ill of. you have a baseline Disney... use it.
