I love seeing Black people shine but the aesthetics did not match the plot. It is a visually stunning production without a message or at the bare minimum, a plot that made sense. The jokes fell flat. The weak African accents produce secondhand embarrassment. The whole thing felt like an SNL spoof of Black Panther.
