Why do the judges have to be mean and ugly? They can give constructive criticism without being ugly to the folks doing their best completely out of their element. Sean spicer is not my political guy but he tried hard and from humiliating him about his bongo playing through the dance the judges were ugly. Look at how the America’s Got Talent judges conduct themselves, they don’t humiliate anyone
