Wow! I was left stunned from start to finish. The storytelling was beautiful, inventive and intriguing. This show really makes you think about the choices we make in life and those that are made for us. The casting is superb. Samuel Jackson ability to transform from confused and feeble to powerful and sharp is mesmerizing. I’d have to say this is one of the best pieces he has ever been in. Dominique Fishback is definitely one to watch. Well they couldn’t have cast a better Bird. She easily makes you feel both her vulnerability and strength at the same time.

Everything about this was outstanding. Bleak yet hopeful. Follows pretty close to the novel.
