Script matched the book well. Good acting and cinematography. Deeply moving film which presents the Christian gospel well as we see the main character Michael Hosea’s unconditional love for the prostitute Angel. Like the book, the film captures well the book of Hosea in the Bible and his love and forgiveness for his unfaithful wife despite her waywardness. This is how God through Jesus loves and forgives us. 5 stars! Well done, Francine Rivers!
