Felt boring and less badass as the first game where all the characters they added were heavy handed political statements with no nuance and then the little gameplay is the same but with less memorable weapons, boring mechanised units, and an ending that was really pointless and didn't set up a sequel so I feel confused as to why there is a sequel.
