Had to see it. My Dad and my uncle were right there Uncle killed a year later using heavy artillery. Dad a surviving three time casualty. Appalling conditions truly represented. Amazingly choreographed and shot. Brilliant. Thanks Sam Mendes for telling my Dad's story for me and my brothers and sisters.
