I can relate to this movie so much (beside the part where Didi got the girl). The psychological challenges of a Asian male, where we look so far from the typical male beauty standard and the resulting shame and low esteem were all perfectly painted in the movie. Plain presentation of the story allowed room for storms raging within viewers, pretty adequate and brilliant. Another thing (beside Didi getting girl) seems unlikely is that Asian (single) mum probably won't insist on being an unsuccessful artist, had time to read, and send Vivian to university.

Really like the survival cabin off-grid self sustain vibe but turns out this movie is trying to picture off-grid people either crazy or evil and maybe both.. wtf 😡 but positive thought, I'm more confident now that I can make a movie better than a big screen movie like this one. 💪thanks

This movie is best used to contrast and appreciate the effort low budget mediocre movies have put in.

Most documentaries have better story telling and design this movie..

My life turning point. This movie set the bar so high for its visual impact, scientifically thought provoking, and heavy tear inducing punch at the end. This movie got me really look into environmental issues. Epic movie all time. With climate change events unfolding in recent years, if further shows how incredible this movie is.

What I watch here is my high school memory 🥲.. it's amazing. So far the live action tries to stick to the script, hope Netflix keeps doing it and better at sticking to the original... gum gum vs gomo gomo no and the British accent are still hurting my ear, it's ok to put in some Japanese words I think...

I loved the show was so into it until season 2 episode 3 two Asian guys' (whiterose and her servant boy) lazy attempt to speak Mandarin; they sounded just like any non-native speakers try to "sing" it after two hours of practice.. I can't never get back into the stories from that 😪 lazy lazy lazy!

I mean.. I guess no one can surpass Dark Knight trilogy, I really hope the day will come but this batman movie isn't as good. Too long, climax wasn't sharp and punchy enough, the few "big reveals" were very simple delivery, I keep thinking, is that it? And keep waiting for the ultimate climax that didn't come... Robert Pattinson with his perfect jaw line was very good looking batman but Bruce Wayne/batman interpretation was not at all dynamic, batman's identity would not be a secret. On the futuristic tech part: With the contact lens camera technology (even with nanotechnology I don't think that possible, hope I'm wrong) that advance, you probably can use screenshot to run the database instead of maintaining eye contact to ID a person. 🤔👀🧿🧿👁️👁️👓
