Firstly, wow. What a great movie. After reading some reviews I can see most people who watched this movie didn’t understand it AT ALL. If you watch Mike Cahill’s interviews about the movie you will see it has nothing to do with drug addiction. He talks about the sci fi aspect and how he believes life may be a simulation in interviews. Never drugs. I have never been a fan of rotten tomatoes so I am not surprised by the poor review they have this movie. Watch his interviews if you think it’s about drug addiction. Great performance by both lead roles. It is a must watch F the critics. They don’t even understand the movie. *SPOILER* In the end he chooses to live in the simulation as he has fallen in love with the chaos and sees that it is necessary to understand and feel happiness. Each world is as real as you feel it to be.
