Ive loved animal crossing since i got new leaf and i was so excited for new horizons too! I was so impressed with it as soon as i started playing, but the more i played and talked to my villagers, the more i noticed how all the same personality villagers just such repetitive dialogue. I unfortunately have 4 lazy villagers so I end up having the same conversation with them 10 times a day about the bugs in their floor, meanwhile my peppy villagers all want to become pop singers even though it really doesnt fit the vibe of the character that ive gotten from past games. I feel like ive already encountered all the dialogue there is in this game and its been out for almost 2 months now? The personalities are very extreme and different villagers may look different but feel the same. Its still a fun game... But I barely speak to my villagers as a result. Decorating your town and collecting items is fun, I especially love being able to place items outside!! The amount of personalization you can apply to this game is fantastic and so much fun, despite not being able to really enjoy your villagers as much 😭
