Nearly went for 4 stars, so TLDR: a lot of fun and totally worth 2 hours of your life.
It's sweary gory vigilante Mission Impossible, but with far more rough edges than the superb later MI films. The characters are interesting and definitely not cliched, while being slightly less rounded.
The action is more gory than MI in an unrealistic fun way, there is a killer app in every sense of the word and a running theme of problem solving involving 'science' that is genuinely fun but could absolutely have been made more of.
There's a sense of everything being slightly.. rushed, like the whole thing would have been improved by having less happen but in more detail, whether that be plot, character development or editing.
The overall feel is again like the first couple of MI films. All the components are there and they make a entertaining mix, but you feel like there's more and better to come.
Still, I enjoyed it and I expect you will too.
