I enjoyed the movie a lot, I thought that some of the scenes were rushed. I just wish that the producers used the R rating to their advantage with the gore and blood. Even though there was a lot of gruesome scenes, there could be so much more done with it. I also think that this was a little rushed because it's not even 2 hours long. But I am cutting them a little slack because (disclaimer: I haven't seen the other MK movies) it is hard to make a story for a video game that doesn't really have a main story the games stick to.

I heard about this movie from my online friends, and, I'm just going to say, don't watch this if you hate crying. I cried about 8 times, and each time lasted longer than the last. This is the second anime movie to make me cry this hard. The first was A Silent Voice. I don't know why, but animes that make me cry, in my opinion, are just better.

10/10 one of the two best anime movies i have watched, first i think is going to be A Silent Voice
