This movie was made in very bad taste. Nothing true about it. The writers should be ashamed. I would say it may have been a better movie if it was not to be based on a actual event in history. The only truth was the clips of the news all else is a LIE. This shows disrespect to not only the victims however their families. If you watch it keep in mind it is not true. They never tormented her. They did not even make contact with Sharon until they killed her. They did not kill her dog. Charlie was never in her house. Also... No one knows what happen before the killings all in the house was killed. Even worse that they never was killed and survived. That was even worse. I can not even put into words how disrespectful this move is.
