Very unique allegory. Not sure many of the negative reviews here get that. Humorous until it isn’t. Well acted. All around solid film about the haves, the have nots, the failed efforts to balance that, and the reversal of fortunes by characters who hold “influence.”

It grows more difficult every single episode to overlook the crimes. In the spirit of new creative license I have lost the battle finally. I don’t understand why the runners even WANTED to bastardize this classic. Bombadil was the last straw. Twice as tall Iarwain Ben-adar. Deep voice. Macho. It’s criminal. The flood gates are open. Galadriel is emotional and human. The dwarves are a joke. The multi racial cast is BIZARRE.

Odd to see negatives. Especially about inclusion BS. Seriously? Like we don’t have enough? And often misplaced. It’s just way too early to be negative. The prosecutor, yes is sexy. The acting is top end. So far so good.

Some parts are superb. Some parts are exciting. But the big picture is so disjointed it’s quite frustrating The acting is VERY good. This show is done in either by screenplay or editing. Sad. Could have been amazing.

Three episodes in is not a large sample. But the character’s interactions are not good and it’s hard to see how that will change. Sabine will obviously have another meltdown or “give in to her hatred!” But we saw the flawed character follow all the textbook hothead loner drills and put herself in the hospital. Then BAM she’s towing the Padawan line and even swallowing droid abuse. There is no real reason for the characters transition. Almost nothing has happened in this series. The only character that draws interest is the scarlet witch boss. It isn’t clear how she holds her power but we assume she’s like a super Jedi. I wish I had better news. But the doorknobs like Favreau just don’t have the creativity to drive these projects.

A few reviews here seem to be more about name dropping amateurs attempting to be more. But this IS a great film. The young men who guide us into the bilingual intrigue are very well cast and show us not just TWO perspectives! Parts of the screenplay are oversimplified, e.g. Chamberlain. He is so often portrayed as a dotard for obvious reasons. But of course he was not.

Some of the greatest comedy lines ever written are hidden in here. The characters are bravely amoral and selfish. It's a classic.

"The Lost Ark" is a near perfect study in pacing. Inter-connected to William's score, the plot dances along like a masterwork of Fantasia. The highs and lows of Indiana's quest are brought to life with a heartbeat and rhythm that seamlessly move us from cacophonous thrill ride to a lithe, magical stillness.
