Wish that I could give him a zero but alas. James Corden is a horrible actor and an all in all bad person that uses people to boost his ratings, BTS being a prime example of recent. BTS haven't participated in promotions on the Late Late Show for months, which by their standards is pretty telling of James Cordens character, and honestly myself and other armys should have known sooner. He posted a video to his Twitter account from a snippet of the show calling BTS an "unusual visitor" of the UN meeting and their fan base (myself included) "15 year old girls". Not only is this a sexist remark to the fans, but a complete ignorance of BTS' achievements as well as fan achievements. BTS have attended the UN meeting for 3 years running and even performed this year after getting diplomatic passports (what an accomplishment!). They have been invited each time and it is not "unusual" to see BTS participate by giving speeches and coming to the states. They were not "visitors", but avid guests to the event as diplomats and representatives of the youth, as well as accompanying the president of South Korea (their home country). After posting the clip, it was soon taken down due to (valid) backlash from fans and he has yet to speak out about his actions or even give an apology, which I think is well deserved by BTS and Army's. Many celebrities are fans of BTS, John Cena being the biggest example. His genuine love of the group and attitude towards the message and fans has him loved by millions, however I doubt he would be happy with the title "15 year old girl". Better yet, I'm sure he himself would feel betrayed by and angered towards James Corden for his ignorant statements and blatant disregard of fans all around the world. I myself am a 20 year old female and have been a fan of BTS for 4 years going. I will continue to follow them into my adulthood and fight against people who make ignorant comments about them or other fans like myself. The video was taken down because he knows he is in the wrong, but yet nothing has come of it, and that is most hurtful.
