A promising concept (extensively plagiarized to this day) from Harlan Ellison, who insisted on being credited as Cordwainer Bird, because he was unhappy with the course of the show's development. A short-lived Canadian foray into serious scifi that fell painfully short due to budget restrictions and poor visuals, including extensive use of the "Magicam" system, then used to composite weathermen into broadcast graphics for nightly news segments. Highlights include two guest appearances by Walter Koenig as a visiting alien named Oro. For hardcore 70's nostalgia buffs only.
