Stop giving standups TV shows. It so rarely works! Standup is a dying medium anyway, and just because someone can go "oh what's up with facebook, ay?" In front of a few hundred people, or to some canned laughter on Live at the Apollo, doesn't mean they can write a TV show.
Let TV be written by proper TV writers instead of never-funny panel show comedians.
