This book was actually written by my late uncle, so I am probably a bit partial! My uncle was a prolific writer about people. There is a tremendous amount of work that went into this biography. Adele Parker was quite a character and the author makes her come alive! This book is particularly meaningful to people who live in the area where the old ranch still stands as it now has a historical marker to commemorate the ranch and one to commemorate Mrs. Parker. If you enjoy biographies about interesting people, this one is for you. Funny stories, unbelievable stories, and colorful language keep you wanting to read more and more!
