I love this series. Mike Connors is fantastic and quite willing to mix it up with anyone.

I have been binge-watching this series. Pretty good! David Janssen seems kind of tired and worn-out, but he was past his peak (i.e., The Fugitive). Still, it's great to see what Malibu looked like back in the day and reminds me of much happier times. It's also fun to see the guest stars that we saw a lot more of in later television series....like Farrah Fawcett!

This movie was fantastic....and sometimes haunting and difficult to watch. Burt Lancaster, in my mind, gives a very courageous performance. Somehow, Ned Merrill represents all of our shattered dreams and failures. I found this picture fascinating

DOOL was an addiction of mine through college (1980-1986) and for a few years beyond that. I loved the characters, plots, and overall themes of the show.

Great dialogue, many familiar faces. Anne Bancroft is outstanding as the hotel lounge singer. The woman who played "Grace Foster" in a I Love Lucy episode has a bit part as a photographer! Elisha Cook, of many a film noir fame, plays an elevator operator. Marilyn is her usual irresistible self. This is really a great film!

I can't believe some of the negative reviews for this film. It was an outstanding movie. The actors conveyed the emotions of those times very convincingly, and the cinematography was beautiful, especially some of the harsher war scenes, where the finality and apocalyptic nature of the battles was brilliantly evoked. Nicholas Hoult was simply outstanding, as was Lily Collins. This is easily the best film I have seen so far this year (admittedly, the first half of 2019 has been more than forgettable as far as motion picture quality is concerned),
