I had some hope. Saw the clasic doom text, saw that it was inspired from ID's doom game and thought, "cant be worse then the 2005 version right?" Wooo boy. It starts off pretty good. The plot of this movie is foucuses around this sort of teleportation tool, and was getting excited to see some demons getting merced by doomguy. Then the camera cuts away and youre introduced to some god awful actors. Seriously, it was like the cast walked straight out of some low budget highschool project. I have around a day of acting experience and couldve walked circles around these clowns. But, i digress. Hollywood has no idea how to write a doom movie. Literally two hours of doomguy slaying demons wouldve made me cream my pants instantly and throw money at my tv screen, these corportions have a collective iq of a jellyfish. Forgettable characters, predictable story, and a lame bad guy. And worst of all, no doomguy! Zero out of five
