Watching Jen Carfagno while waiting for storms in NJ. They were discussing what temperatures ( question of the day ) some keep their homes set at. I do wish I could remember a name, but . There was an article I read once by apparently a Dr / Scientist who has studied ambient temp and the human body His whole career. Well His suggestion / advice was that your A/C setting should only no more than 11 degrees cooler than whatever the outside is. Given the lowered humidity in home it makes it feel as if lowered more than that. He stated that being colder might ,,, " Feel Good " ,,, but the sudden change if you are going in and out ....Not really a good thing for you as to heart rate, breathing etc. Pretty much what I stick too at the Shore here.....(Great Show ! )
