A short read, but impactful. The way the author has made a very insightful argument about how we think beyond matter of fact is amazing to read. The change of perception from the thought process being very logical to something that is more imaginative is one of the takeaways. Enjoyable educational read.

A significant topic is being discussed in this book. Taking care of oneself goes beyond the physical. Art helps in many ways and the author does well and elucidates this topic. A very interesting read.

While the earlier part was all about fun and had me laughing out, the later 20% was quite emotional. It was a pleasant surprise because it came across as a light read and then took a serious turn.  The Unhoneymooners is a fabulous book that will delight readers. It is a refreshing take on misfortune, good luck and love.  You will not be disappointed.

Even if I would recommend Whale(고래) wholeheartedly just for its masterful storytelling; I will forewarn you that there's plenty of grotesqueness that makes one feel queasy. Cheon Myeong-Kwan's work is interspersed with wry humour. Yet it manages to make one feel ill at ease with the raw nature of life.
