I was so interested in the subject. But the soundtrack is so freaking loud,and done WHILE people are being interviewed,that you can't hear them talk. The music choices are great,and could be appreciated if it were only played between interviews our at a lower volume behind the interviews. The music " talks over" all the great stars and staff interviewed ...dove me nuts!

So far,not anywhere near as amazing as the books. The mystery is there,but not the magic,the humor and the love.I am just 2 episodes in ,so perhaps it will get better. It is not surprising that it pales in comparison to the book. Louise Penny is such as amazing author.Her words weave together so beautifully and create strong visual images . Without the narration of the story,it lacks color. At this point, I am quite disappointed.

I don't care what anyone says.I loved this movie! It expresses love in a totally unique way.Somewhat viloent,yes,but at least I hardly had to turn my head as I usually do.I don't understand why critics hated it so much. Lopez's monologue about the femal form was a brilliant bit of writing and beautifully delivered. Is that what people found so offensive? The young actor who played the mentally challenged Bryan was amazing..Of course,Al Pacino and Christopher Walken were added bonuses in their cameo roles.

I love Alec Baldwin,but he was not necessary for this documentary...They hardly needed him and did not have the good sense him! They mostly used footage of DeLorean. He re-enacted scenes that were shown with real film footage anyway. What was the point? I learned a lot that I didn't know,which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars
