With "The Resurrection-Ertugrul", I am thrilled to learn about Islam and Turkish history. which is very different from American history- though our Am. Revolution was about over throwing tyrants. The story is riveting, the character portrayal is superb, and the settings are stunning. The series feels authentic. What I appreciate the most is learning about the moral/ethical code of the Turkish tribes. While I still have almost 100 episodes left to watch, I am "hooked" and may even learn some of the Turkish language.
