Satyabrata Kundu

This is one of the best Bengali serials I have seen. The script, choice of characters, acting are superb, particularly those of Ranajoy, Shruti and the two lawyers. The entire serial has class, sophistication and treatment which are very rare. Sometimes the dialogues are more bookish than colloquial,which is ,however, good considering today's knowledge in Bengali being so pathetic. The "ghoti" language spoken sounds very artificial. I have a feeling that the lady playing Shruti's character is not very conversant in Bengali, but her style of speaking has given added sweetness,strength and personality to the character. Overall the serial is very good. I thank and congratulate the director.
