This could have been a good show if the format was not so dependent on popular vote. The idea of the "wisdom of the crowd" is ill-founded. People are easily swayed by superficialities and not having a controlling measure, such as the judges' choice in Strictly, results in poor decisions. This week we saw good dancers go and weaker dancers remain. I am a fan of dance but I'm not sure I want to watch much more of this show.
