The graphics are in a retro style for a reason, its an old school beat em up giving homage to old school arcade graphics w comic book style! The real actors do the voices for the characters in the comic book cut scenes and even the in game smack talk as well as the grunts and groans during the fighting. This is the most in depth, story driven, fun side scroll beat em up with the most moves and special attacks ever. You gain more and more skills as you go with an awesome upgrade system at your home dojo. It motivates you to get better and stronger to defeat the next level! You keep your coins you earn even when you fail at a level which keeps you pushing forward! Ive played beat em ups since the 80s Double Dragon, Final Fight, Streets of Rage etc. Ive already played Cobra Kai more than what would take to beat any of those games including Streets of Rage 4 and Im only 20% in to one of the two of the story campaigns of Cobra Kai!! Must buy for die hard fans of the Karate Kid and Cobra Kai series or any old school beat em up fans who want a game with alot more moves and way more depth!
