It’s very funny and clever. The cast is talented and I wish the series could continue. However, I don’t seem to hear a “Canadian” accent from any of the characters-especially Shannon and Gerald. Is this intentional? Most everyone in the U.S. recognizes those Canadian pronunciations. I would never have guessed this was a series filmed in Canada if it wasn’t for the interior shots inside Kim’s Convenience store (i.e. the products for sale) and the exterior views of Toronto.
