I love a good British drama but this fell short, started off well, lagged mid way but can't quite figure out why. The ending was disappointing as well

I found it hard going, only getting to the end because I don't like to leave things half finished. I found Jo to be one of the most annoying people in a series that I have watched in a very long time

I loved the series but some scenes felt like they should have been watched on a stage. The final episode in particular was painfully melodramatic.
