(Spoilers Ahead!) I watched the first 5 episodes in succession and struggled through the last five piece by piece, the wonderful concept of the show began to crumble due to characters retarded decision's. Characters obscene and illogical decisions really left me not caring about any of the characters and the fact it took them 6months to begin searching the forests surrounding the town and barracading them in really highlights the idiocy of every character in the show. The first few episodes are captivating as it gets you thinking about the situation these teens have been trapped in but by episode three you discover that no one cares about what's happened to them and the show dissolves into a boring political drama in which all candidates are terribly unconcerned with escaping and are instead concerned with matters any sane group of stranded teens could rationally solve in days. All in all the show misses the mark in developing the wonderful mysterious concept it presents you with in the first few episodes and turns to feel like a tame and boring reimagining of season one of the 100.
