This film is a masterpiece of unsettling you and distressing you with the bare minimum.
It's psychologically uncomfortable to watch but that's what so brilliant about it.
Two late teens, sadistic and morally corrupt terrorise a family for 95% of the running time and have you raise the question ''what would I do in this situation?"
The movie even plays out that you're either watching as a family member, helpless to what's happening or as a third point of view character from the teens perspective with their occasional camera deliberate glances to make sure you're still with them on this horrendous episode. Sometimes what you don't see is the most disturbing. Who knew that dropping eggs could be so intimidating.
