I love this program, but the music is SO darn loud!!! It is so hard to hear what everyone is saying!!!

I love this program but I sure wish the background music weren't so loud so we could hear the people talk better. WAY, WAY TOO LOUD!!!! Please see what you can do about this!!! Thanks!!!
