The first half of the movie seemed a little choppy and confusing but the second half got me hooked. I was full on crying towards the end of it and thinking how the movie is based on a true story didn't make it any easier for me. I love how the movie gives us the message that we should always let people know that we love and care for them because life is so uncertain ; it literally changes overnight and after you lose your loved ones without telling them that you love them you basically live a life filled with regret.

People in the comments section are being so mean. The poem is wonderful, you just need to understand the deeper meaning and symbolisms. In this age of technology it's not very difficult to 'google' something you're interested in, you're one search away from knowing how great the poem is and how amazing William Blake was. If you announce that you hate a certain poem without doing proper research on it maybe you shouldn't read poems at all then.

Watching the movie literally made me cry.
Both Gaga and Cooper did great. Lady Gaga's performance as an actress and Bradley Cooper's singing and directorial debut showed us just how talented they are, they both did something they're not used to do and we all can say here that they nailed it.
A must watch in my opinion.
