Highly addictive. Poetic, gorgeous, and heartbreaking....you will cry out of elation and of sadness. One of my favorite shows of all time. It's one of those once in a generation series.

I've never cried during a film.....but watching MI 8 at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood was a moment of a lifetime brought to us by the greatest movie star we may ever see. And yet, he's never won an Oscar, and I doubt he cares, because he acts because it's his passion, and he's equally as passionate bringing his talent to us. Yes, the first weekend out, his real life stunts, and stellar acting could not beat the sales of an entirely fake but cool Lilo and Stitch, his fans came out and gave him a standing ovation inside a movie theater. It's hard to believe he can do those stunts at any age. If you love MI films, you will LOVE this one. I saw it at IMAX, and will see it again in the regular theatre this weekend. MI is the series of a lifetime, and I want to experience what we will never see in again in our lifetime, if ever. No one even comes close. If I could come back as any human, it would be Tom Cruise. Wow, he's truly fearless. I'm so happy for him. ♥️

I thought the show had potential. But, after watching season 1 it's too ridiculous and unbelievable. Magnum breaks the law every 5 minutes, and the police Captain lets him off, and always seems to be alone when he shows up to whatever Magnum has got caught up in. Even more ridiculous is that TC and Rick always seems to be free to help at any moment, and always seems to have their assault rifles. The dogs are the best things about this show. Magnum is unrealistically self centered, and doesn't mind getting everyone he knows killed, or injured in order to solve his case. No guys would stay friends with Magnum with all he takes from them. Lastly, Hernandez is somewhat alluring as Magnum, but he is tiny and doesn't fit the character unless you have no idea who the previous Magnum is. He's just not comparable to Selleck.

I thought I would really dislike this revival, but it's better than almost every other cheseball show on air, which all seem to revolve around cops, firemen, detectives, hospitals.....there must be 20 CSI's by now, and those are unbearable. Lol I really like this new cast, tho it was hard to get used to Magnum being a little guy. The original Magnum consumed the screen with his size and good looks. Hernandez is very charming, and holds his own, but as a revival, we will compare characters to the originals, and size matters in this case. I enjoy this show so far. Yes, it's completely unrealistic and ridiculous, but it's still attracts me. I'm in season one, and Magnum breaks a hundred laws and episode, this would never happen in real life. 😂

Finally, a masterfully written, acted and directed film. Gorgeous film.

I love Kelsey Grammar! I admit, it was hard for me to watch this knowing the characters would be different, and that my reunion with Frasier would be painful in some ways, because I took comfort in seeing Frasier in Seattle with the original characters. Knowing Eddie and John had passed away was really painful for me. I have come around in taking comfort in knowing that life changes and goes on, and in some odd way I feel like I'm supporting Frasier in all of these changes in his fictional life. I have so much admiration for his character to be able to keep starting fresh. I'm just like all of you....it's painful to lose TV shows in which we've grown to love the characters. I believe that's why I hate Netflix so much. They will dump good shows every two years without a care. They don't get that we form attachments to the characters, the stories....I won't even watch a series now unless it's been on for at least 3 seasons. Thank you NBC for the incredible reunion of this brilliant character.

Very predictable, and ridiculous.

I thoroughly enjoyed the irreverence in every episode, especially during this unbearably sensitive time we live in. I'm surprised the show hasn't been "cancelled" yet. Lol 😂 Free speech is no longer, so we must enjoy our favorite comedians while they are still free. Thank you Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld, for helping me to laugh at life, and enjoy the ridiculous nature of it all. You are absolute comedic geniuses. You both single handedly changed our culture, and all sitcoms that followed your lead.

I've watched dozens of war movies, and this is one of my least favorite. The Army Rangers cannot be a dumb as they are portrayed in this film. The dialogue is unbearable, and I cannot imagine Delta Force ever being this incompetent. I understand this was a massively failed mission, but it's disrespectful to our Rangers to make them look this soft and unprepared. And, Delta Force is supposedly as elite as the Seals. The Seals never would have botched something like this up. From the moment the army paraded their choppers into town, the enemy had endless amounts of time to prepare themselves. The Rangers might as well have called the Somali rebels and said they'd be there soon. So much life lost, and the lead commanders paid no consequences for their ineptitude. It was extremely difficult to finish watching this embarrassment of a film.

Definitely not as good as Rotten Tomatoes states. I was bummed that I didn't love it. It's really hard to overcome losing characters like Theron and Hardy. Chris Hemsworth turns most of his characters into to cheese balls. He was okay at best. Slow start to the movie and mediocre ending. No great characters except for the English actor, Burke. The effects were ridiculous lol.. I get the feeling the director wanted this movie to be a bucket of cheese balls, cause it was. It did have some potential 3/4 of the way thru, and should have ended on a high note. Instead it droned on until the average ending. I couldn't wait to get out of the theatre. Tom Hardy and Theron set the bar high for Max films. That film was incredible! Watch it if you haven't so you can compare to the new one. But, most movies stink today (Except for Tom Cruise films- the guy is amazing).
