While not perfect in any aspect with some of the music not fitting and a few animation errors the movie is wonderful and up lifting. Red Shoes is a woman who loves herself for who she is but knows the world is biased and needs to use it to her advantage. The message about loving yourself in general no matter how you look is conveyed rather well. While some may see this as a way to glorify being obese (if you are just looking at snow) then you missed where Merlin had come to care for himself as who he is currently and not who he was. In the end it was a wonderful quirky take on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I would fully recommend watching this movie with your friends and family.
